Teacher Requirements
Candidates for teaching positions should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area
- A recognised teaching qualification
- Relevant classroom experience
- Strong spoken and written English
- An understanding of child-centred and inquiry-based learning
- The ability to plan, assess, differentiate and communicate effectively
- A commitment to collaboration and continuous professional development
Learning Assistant Requirements
Candidates for Learning Assistant positions should demonstrate:
- A genuine interest in working with children
- Patience, care, reliability and professionalism
- The ability to support individual students and small groups
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to work under the direction of the classroom teacher
- A commitment to student safety, inclusion and well-being
Previous experience in a school or early childhood setting is an advantage.
