What information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us directly through the forms on this site:

• Enrollment inquiry form: parent/guardian name, email, phone number, an optional message, and for each child: full name, date of birth, and grade level applying for.
• Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, and your message.

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site at this time. Standard web server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be recorded automatically by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, to follow up about a campus visit or admissions process, and, if your child enrolls, to begin their admission record. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

How inquiries are handled

Form submissions are sent to our admissions and school email addresses so a staff member can respond. We aim to reply within a few business days.

Third parties who process information on our behalf

We use the following third-party services to operate this website. Each processes the minimum information needed to perform its function:

• Formspree — receives and delivers form submissions from this site to our email inbox.
• Google Fonts — loads typefaces used on this site; this may involve a request to Google's servers.
• YouTube — a parent testimonial video on our homepage is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode and does not load or connect to YouTube until you click to play it. Playing it may then set third-party cookies from YouTube/Google.

We do not otherwise share the information you submit with third parties, except where required by law.

How long we keep information

We retain enrollment and contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, for enrolled families, for the duration of your relationship with the school and any period required afterward for legitimate school record-keeping. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed at any time (see below).

Children's information

Some of the information we collect — such as a child's name and date of birth — relates to a minor. We collect this only from a parent or guardian submitting an enrollment inquiry, only for the purpose of the admissions process, and we take particular care to limit access to this information to staff who need it for admissions and school operations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you or your child, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it for a legitimate school purpose (such as an official student record). To make a request, email info@bischoolci.org.

Cookies

This website does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded YouTube video loads in privacy-enhanced mode and does not contact YouTube until you click to play it; playing it may then set its own cookies, which you can avoid entirely by not playing the video.

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
